The Houston Partnership For Success initiative is dedicated to expanding prevention programs and strategies to benefit 8,020 high school students in the HISD. We aim to enhance community-level prevention capacity and infrastructure by strengthening coalitions and improving member competency. Through collaboration with the HISD Student Assistance program and the implementation of substance misuse prevention initiatives, we seek to make a tangible difference.

Our vision is to create a safe and thriving community in the Houston Independent School District (HISD) where substance misuse among high school students is significantly reduced. We strive to build a strong support system that empowers students to make healthy choices and fosters a community that is aware and educated about substance use issues.
